How CallCard works, what stays private, and why a link beats a piece of paper. Pick a question below.

01
Getting startedThe basics
What is a digital business card?
One link and a QR code that hold everything a paper card would: your name, role, contact details and links. It opens in any browser, so nobody has to install anything. The difference is that the link does things. People can call you, message you, or save your details in a tap, and you can see who did.
Is CallCard free?
Yes. Building a card, publishing it and sharing it costs nothing, QR code and contact saving included. Paid plans add things like a custom domain and higher limits. The card itself stays free.
Do I need an app? Does the person I share with?
No, and neither do they. The card is a web page. You edit it from a dashboard in your browser, and the person you share with just taps the link or scans the QR code.
How long does it take to set up?
Around two minutes. Fill in your details, pick a template, hit publish. Your link and QR code are ready straight away.
02
SharingGetting it in front of people
How do people receive my card?
Three ways. Tap to send the link through AirDrop, Messages or WhatsApp, let someone scan your QR code, or just paste the link into a chat. They don't need an account to open it or save your details.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, and on tablets and laptops too. It's a web page, so there's nothing to download and nothing that can be the wrong version for someone's phone.
Can I add it to my email signature?
Yes. CallCard builds a signature from your card that you paste straight into Gmail, Apple Mail or Outlook, either as a tidy block of text or a branded image in your card's colours. Every email you send then points back to your live card.
03
Privacy & your dataYou stay in control
Can I control what's visible on my card?
Yes, field by field. Every detail has its own setting: public, connections only, or hidden. Your mobile can stay private while your email is public. It's your call on each one.
Who owns the contacts I collect?
You do. They sit in your own CRM and you can export them whenever you want. We don't sell your data or your contacts to anyone.

Paper cards get thrown away. Links don't.

A CallCard can't be lost in a drawer, run out, or go out of date. Change it once and everyone you've shared it with sees the update.

What makes it differentvs. link-in-bio, vs. NFC, vs. paper
How is this different from Linktree or a link-in-bio?
A link-in-bio is a list of links and nothing more. A CallCard lets people act on it. They call, message and save your details, and those actions come back to you as contacts you can actually follow up. If you want the longer version, read why digital business cards beat paper and static links.
Do I need an NFC card like Popl?
No hardware needed. A CallCard is a link and a QR code that work anywhere, with nothing to carry or replace. If you like tapping phones together, you can still pair it with an NFC tag.
