By accessing or using CallCard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CallCard provides a digital business card platform that allows users to create professional pages, share contact information, and manage visitor interactions. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious content, malware, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from other users' cards without consent
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited messages or advertising

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CallCard (text, images, files). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Privacy Controls

You are responsible for configuring the privacy settings on your card. Information you set to "Everyone" will be publicly visible. CallCard provides field-level privacy controls, but we are not responsible for information you choose to make public.

7. Visitor Interactions

When visitors interact with your card (sending messages, uploading files, requesting calls), their information is shared with you as the card owner. As a card owner, you agree to handle visitor data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Free and Paid Plans

The Free plan provides core functionality at no cost. Paid plans (Plus, Team, Enterprise) offer additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

The CallCard service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by CallCard. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Card templates are licensed for use within the Service only.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your card will become inaccessible and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
